Getting started
- Create an account — Sign up with your email and primary condition. We send a one-time code to sign in — no password.
- Complete setup — install the Chrome extension, then link it with a 6-digit code from Settings when you are ready.
- Log daily — a quick check-in and any food scans you save build your timeline and insights over time.

Your personalised home screen: today’s summary, mood check, medication reminders, cycle coach, recent scans, and quick actions to log a flare or open insights.
Daily check-in
Log pain, bloating, fatigue, mood, sleep, and stress in under a minute. Fields adapt to your condition. Copy yesterday on similar days.
Timeline
One feed for scans, check-ins, flares, and meals. Filter by type to review your history.
Achievements
Gentle milestones for showing up — setup, rhythm, food, body, wellness, care, and community. No streak pressure.
Cycle tracking

Link it to your journal with a short code from Settings so saves appear in your timeline. Choose manual save, triggers only, or save all scans.
Ovaio™ Pro
AI chat on Insights, explain scan on journal entries, and advanced insight cards. Subscribe in Settings, use a license key, or earn a trial through referrals.
