1. Not medical advice

Ovaio™ is an informational wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Always consult a qualified clinician about symptoms, diet, and medications.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for data you choose to save or share. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer our services
• Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to access other users' data
• Do not rely on Ovaio™ as a substitute for professional care

4. Subscriptions (Ovaio™ Pro)

Pro features may require a paid monthly subscription or a valid license key. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the terms shown at purchase. See our Pricing page and Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Ovaio™ branding, software, and ingredient database content are owned by Ovaio™ or its licensors. You retain ownership of health data you enter.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovaio™ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
