Refund Policy

This policy applies to Ovaio™ Pro paid subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy at ovaio.app. The core Ovaio™ scanner and health journal remain free.
1. Digital subscription
Ovaio™ Pro is a recurring monthly digital subscription. You receive immediate access to Pro AI features on the web app and in the linked Chrome extension after payment.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Manage billing from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or contact support@ovaio.app.
3. Refund requests
If you are not satisfied with Ovaio™ Pro, email support@ovaio.app within 14 days of your initial purchase with the email address used at checkout. We will review refund requests fairly and process eligible refunds through Lemon Squeezy.
- Refunds are generally for the most recent charge, not partial months already used.
- Repeat chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.
- Referral or promotional trials that did not charge a card are not eligible for refunds.
4. Lemon Squeezy
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. For payment or receipt questions, you may use the link in your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email.
5. Free tier
No payment is required for the free scanner, journal, reports, or extension sync. Refunds do not apply to free accounts.
